There is no "fast" way to lose a lot of weight in a healthy manner. Unless you are planning to starve yourself than no there is no fast way. Ideally you should only be losing about ten lbs a month.

Exercise regularly, eat a healthy meals.

I know you see ads for atkins diets, south beach diet etc. they initially will lose you weight but you will end up having a hard time staying on it.

If you have insurance or can afford to see a nutritionist be all means do. Also weight watchers is a better program because you can eat normal foods they just teach you to make better choices in what you eat and still feel full.

If there really was a fast way to lose I kind of think that diet would be headline news. Short of that, I've heard Atkins is great for fast lost. Also, do an internet search for The Robin Quivers Diet. She is Howard Stern's sidekick and a few years ago she went on the Stanley Burroughs Master Cleanse. She claims to have lost weight fast but it seems pretty dangerous to me. Also, search the following site to do a little research. The difference between your current weight and the ideal weight is the weight you wish to lose. The maximum weight that can be lost safely by a person is 1-2 kg a week. Any faster weight loss could adversely affect your health, and you could regain it quickly after you stop the weight loss program. There is no fast way to lose weight, the faster you lose it the faster you gain it back, long term weight loss requires a long term commitment on your part with your body and your health. Exercise regularly, and eat healthy, but then again u know this already, don't you?

Look into Stack Body Tune Up weight loss system and Advanced Cell Therapy energy drink. I have lost 35 pounds since July 15, 2006. I have a pastor friend who has lost 15 pounds in 15 days. And I have a friend in Australia who has lost 40 pounds in 43 days.

If I can be of further assistance, let me know.
