what exercise do u need to do in order to make ur inner pectorals meet?

Cable crossovers superseted with dumbbell flyes. Also, try close-grip bench press. This exercise really targets the inner chest.

You need to understand that your pectoralis major (I assume you are referring to the pectoralis major muscle) is attached in its lower region to your sternum and intercostal cartilages (i.e. cartilages between your ribs).

You cannot change these insertion positions -- no matter what training you do.

You can, however, increase the size of various portions of the muscle.

If you want to build up the lower part of the muscle you can do declining bench presses (i.e. with you head lower than your hips). You can also do inclining push ups (i.e. with your head lower than your hips)

To build mass use high weights with low repetitions.
