i have been staying home alot and eating and not moving too much, ive gained some pounds, i want to loose more then i had, want to b in shape, anyone know a website where they show diets excersises etc. i want to loose weight as fast as possible,

I dont know any websites but me and my aunt went to my high school and we walked a mile on the track and I lost a pound or two and I ran one time around it. Also cut down on junk food and put like a goal down for the day like..
-When I get up do 12 crunches
-Before lunch do 5 push-ups
-drink one glass of water today
-NO CHIPS OR COOKIES
I did that for a week and lost a couple
Also the walking was nice and it was refreshing!

You have to think about the number of calories you are eating and the number you are burning. Try to change your attitude about food - it's not for fun. Eat to live - don't live to eat. Don't look for quick fixes. Change your lifestyle. Look for ways to add exercise - walk to pick up the kids, park in the back of the parking lot, use the stairs - not the escalator. Buy new cook books and try new ways of cooking. Cooking Light is a great magazine to subscribe to. Focus on healty - not skinny.

You have to start moving,go outside even for alittle while and walk around .Soon you will be walking more just because it feels good.Do not eat carbs.No pasta,no rice,no potatoes,anything starchy. Eat Whole grain breads, fruits,and drink water right when you start to feel hungry,it helps fill you faster and its good for you as well. Here is a site to get you going.Good Luck

what do you expect when all you do is sit on your butt all day?

a good exercise for you would be pilates. you can do it at home (on the floor), and it only takes 20 minutes, 3 times a week. check out www.winsorpilates.com. you can order a dvd that teaches you pilates and shows the workout (step-by-step). it tones your whole body, and builds muscle, which burns calories.

its easy. stop eating JUNK food, start jogging. thats all you have to do. you'll find if you cut the junk food, including soda, out of your life and start jogging you'll shed the points fairly quickly as long as you STICK WITH IT.
