A lot of cars use composite and plastic body panels, and even some high-end cars use carbon fiber which is really light weight. Plastic and composite panels are strong, will not rust, are light weight and some may be able to be repaired, depending on how severe the hit might be, but a lot of them are better to replace than repair. The polyurethane used in a lot of bumpers and fascias are better to replace because repair is usually not practical.

Aluminum? fiberglass composite?

Not sure what you mean by not repairable since pretty much anything is repairable - just some aren't worth repairing.

Hi. Carbon fiber is the only non-repairable one I have seen.
