Actually I am on this diet and its been the 3rd day and I have lost 5 pound already. What you do is eat 1000 calories a day for a week (but no more than that, because then the diet will be counter-productive!).....then raise calorie intake to around 1200-1300 the next week.....as you get higher, exercise more....until you reach 2000 (the average) with a workout routine that burns atleast 250-500 of those calories.

The healthiest and best amount to keep it off is to lose 2 lbs a week. Think about this. 3500 calories = 1 lb. Men should eat 2000 and women 1500-2000 calories per day. 1 lb a day is way too much for the body to handle. Good luck and stick with it.

I'm thinking, unless you want to use worms, there is no way. That would be extremely harmful to your health to try and lose a pound a day, especially if it went on for too long.

There are probably ways but I would not suggest it at all. Any weight you lose that quickly will more than likely find it's way back. You're better off taking it easy, eating right and exercising.

There are many unhealthy ways to lose weigh quickly, juice diets, liquid diets, laxatives...but why would you want to do something that will only harm your body?
A consistent exercise regimen and a diet that is suited to your likes/dislikes and allowances is all you need.

Run a mile on a treadmill or a long jog. That will keep you physical, and it wil help you lose wight too. Trust me...it works!
