I've been like best friends with this guy for almost 4 years but I've noticed that he talks and acts different towad me. It's not a bad thing but it seems more flurtatious than how he is toward my other friends. A lot of people think he likes me but I'm not sure. He picks on me like the other guys but when he sees that it upsets me he makes an effort to make sure i'm ok and to appologize. How do u think he feels???

If you like him also, then you should just ask him out on a date (not as friends). It's a shame that some guys won't take action, but if you both end up liking each other, then what does it matter who asked who out?

it seems like he's a nice guy! most probably he's into you, maybe he's too shy to admit or didn't notice himself that he's into you!
if you like him more than a friend, try to give him a hint or two. if not, just leave the relationship like that. he really sounds like a sweetheart!

to start off guys can never b best friends for a gurl 4 too long eventually he will start liking u ....he obviously likes u i mean especially if u guys were really close n stuff

well all boys act like that but if he lets u hang around with him and always apologize he probably likes you because its good to go with someone who you can trust an you've been friends with for a while.

he is probably secretly in love with you cause i have done that too he is probably just afraid to tell you cause of what you might say i would just ask him about it . it shouldnt matter if your such good friends
