I don't know how old you are but I've basically had the same body since I was 16. I am now 20 and at my smallest throughout that time period was 120-130lbs. at 5'5 and my measurements are @ 35-36\27-29\38-40, and I look damn good! Sometimes even if you do have extra fat that's still ok, usually it looks better. So you have nothing to worry about! Tell everyone else to screw and learn how to love yourself the way you are. I f you are constantly trying to make yourself better for some1 else or because of what some1 else says you will never be happy, you will always be trying to look up to others expectations and there will always be some1 there to set the bar higher. As for being out of shape, if you think you are exercise, not to get smaller but for your health. The nice little toned body is just a bonus. Plus if your used to all Asians being super skinny that means it sets you apart from the others and makes you special, it will make you stand out and believe me guys nowadays like curves over being skinny, so don't fret your perfect the way you are. If your bf doesn't like it tell him to get over it and like it or you will find some1 else that will. I hope I helped, email me if you need to chat. :-)

You could have your body fat index measured and see what percentage of your body is fat. If you are not walking regularly and being active, your 100 LBS, though an appropriate weight for your height, may be comprised of more fat (percentage wise) than someone your same height who weighed 120 LBS.

Big legs and arms can be fixed, but you may have to work/exercise like you never have before. If you never played a sport or understand what it is to have sore muscles from lifting weights, then starting to change your lifestyle will be challenging at times. You must make an HONEST effort at improving your physical appearance with both food-type choices and exercise. It's that simple, but it's not for the lazy. If you make REAL progress and your boyfriend still isn't happy, than he has acceptance issues and you should dump him because he will continually make you fell bad about yourself. Ultimately, you should make healthy lifestyle/fittness choices because YOU want to.

Well I'm sorry, but I would say it is a psychological problem, which has been triggered by the people around you, convincing you there is a problem with your size and weight, when in actual fact you are fine.

Unfortuatenly your mum and bf are the driving force for this problem. When people close to you say things, you tend to believe them, because you don't expect them to lie or get it wrong.

Your stats show that you would be about a size 2-4 in the US, which is very slim indeed. So to me, it seems your mum and bf expect you to be a size 0, which is ridiculous and not healthy, when you are already slightly underweight for your height (depending on your age). I have no idea why your family are encouraging you to become thinner, I feel it may be a deep problem, which has nothing to do with you.

I'm so sorry you have to deal with this, but I can assure you they are wrong to tell you to lose weight. Have your doctor confirm it to your mother and hopefully, you can put this matter to rest. Take care : )

You are not fat. You are underweight. With your height, your weight should be around 115-125. Thats healthy. If you think you're flabby, then maybe you need to tone up. But you are definately not fat. And anyone who tells you otherwise, tell them they ain't perfect.

Sweetie, I am 5'4" and when I got married I weighed 107 pounds and I was tiny. My daughter is 5'4" and weighs abour 115 pounds and she is tiny. YOU R NOT FAT!!!!! If your arms are 'big' (which I doubt) try working out a little to make them more toned. Asian women are tiny overall, but really, really, you are NOT FAT!!!!

From your measurements, I'd say all your fat is in the right places. Don't change yourself because of some one else's opinion. It is what you think that counts.
