i want to upgrade on paypal, in order to get money from people on ebay and if i want paypal i have to upgrade so what does it cost to upgrade and what are the fees to receieve money from other people's credit cards? other words a payment from them

$0.00 USD-$3,000.00 USD 2.9% + $0.30 USD
$3,000.01 USD-$10,000.00 USD 2.5% + $0.30 USD
$10,000.01 USD-$100,000.00 USD 2.2% + $0.30 USD
> $100,000.00 USD 1.9% + $0.30 USD

I don,t think they charge to upgrade I belive its free

it doesnt cost anything to up grade. the fee is based on the amount of the sale.
