please advise on what i could do with my problem.
i installed the yahoo toolbar with norton spyware scan
and after scanning my computer there were no spywares found but i noticed that all my important files were missing. i found out that they were all in the quarantine folder of norton anti spyware.
now i couldnt get them out of there because theres no option
that i could unquarantine them. they were even replaced with filenames such as
<{99DDD001-FC2E-42E5-82EE-4653CBD81807}> i tried opening them
with their respective programs but still it cant be opened.
i badly need your help. i really need those files.

you need to read the help file for Norton. All security suites have the abilitiy to remove files from quarantine. But every suite is different.

there is an answer to all your problems: acquire Firefox and deploy, then acquire the addons: No Script and Flashblock. I in no way ever get any viruses, spyware or any nasties what-so-ever. My anti-virus and spyware utility in no way get used.
