Depending on the total percentage of your weight is a big determination -- but in simpliest terms it is healthy to lose 1-2 pounds per week, so you are looking at roughly 12 weeks. This can be shortened through a variety of techniques, but the shortest that you would want to do this in and remain healthy is 8-10 weeks. This involves strict caloric control and additional work out sessions.
Good luck!!!

The difference between your current weight and the ideal weight is the weight you wish to lose. The maximum weight that can be lost safely by a person is 1-2 kg a week. Any faster weight loss could adversely affect your health, and you could regain it quickly after you stop the weight loss program.
