Well, there is a reason why she doesn't believe you. Ask her what that reason is.
If it makes sense to you, the try to work on her concerns and build the relationship. Relationships take work!
If it doesn't make sense to you, then she might be crazy. haha. So then you can decide

You don't say what this "something" is. Have you lied to her before? If so, it's only logical that she would doubt your word. I'd let it go, if you know it's the truth, that should be enough for you.
Unless there are other problems in the relationship, why would you want to break up over this? You are going to have disagreements.
Maybe you should work on trust issues. If someone has lied to her before, this may be the reason she does not believe you. Talk this over and maybe you will become even closer after you show some understanding.

You are not giving us much detail here. One thing to keep in mind is that most women have been lied to - a lot. Thsi may have happened to your gf and made her wary of trusting you.
That said- being accused of something you didn't do is no fun either. If you keep trying to convince her you are innocent you will only look more guilty. Try writing her a letter telling her that you are telling the truth. Tell her this is the last time you will discuss it.
Then ask her what she wants to do. Does she think you guys can move on- or is it over? Put the ball back in her court.

Depends on what it's about? Have you had this problem with her before? Does she have any reason to not believe you? Is it something so huge that you can never get past it and just agree to disagree? If its SO huge, you can't move on, then yes, the relationship is over.

It sounds as if there is serious doubt in both of your minds. She is doubting you are untruthful about some matter and you are doubting that your relationship is worth convincing her that you are telling the truth. Have you given her any reason to not believe you about things in the past? It sounds as if one or both of you need to grow up.

Depends on what it is I guess. If it means that much to you, then break it off. Not everyone is going to believe everything you say though.

In my opinion if there isn't trust in a relationship things will get worse or out of hand ...it really depends wat she thinks ur lieing about but i don't think u should break up with her but talk to her understand why she feels ur lieing ..develope trust with her show her that there is no need to lie. :)

If it's on-going then you should. There is nothing worse in a relationship than one that lacks trust
