I have these little tiny red, raised bumps all over my upper arms they don't itch or bother me or anything I have had them for like a year they aren't anything serious I know that and I also know they are pretty common and how to get rid of them. I just want to know what they are!!

I know it is not acne though because they aren't big like zits they are really really small and don't leave scars if you pick at them.

I would suggest seeing a doctor, I had similar bumps when I was about 10, they weren't caused by anything and I don't believe they required any medications but it's always nice to get things checked out just to be on the safe side.

that also happens with ppl who take steriods...usually with women, dont ask why. but check with your doctor!try some skin lotion maybe? it could just be a different result of dry skin?and it migh tbe acne!! because now tha ti think of it, i sometimes get these little red dot things on me too! but they go away after washing them with some acne treatment stuff?

A lot of people have that its just a type of condition that some ppl have. It might also be a heat rash which would go away with cream or whatever.

I have the same problem. I went to the doctors for it and he said its just a skin type. It doenst have any effect on your body besides just being there. Nothing to worry about.

I have the same thing, I dunno what they are either, but I just use a scrub in the shower and they are gone!
