My god, why do you have to put those horrible pictures in my head right before I go to bed? Yes those things are terrible and I myself think abortion is wrong also. We should start by trying to better educate women before they have such an awful procedure. To think of all those poor babies who are not even given a chance..... Their mothers should be sterilized. Why don't women ever think of adoption? I mean there are so many good couples who would love to have a baby but aren't able to.

I know all of this yet I believe all women should have the right to choose but the time should be limited. No partial birth abortions which is what you are talking about should be done. These are horrible. But, I don't think the government should tell me what I can and can't do with my body, it's between me and my Dr.and my God. Just as all other sin is between me and my God, thank God, no man is my judge, but a kind and loving God is.
I don't believe the Government or taxpayers dollars should pay for abortions. I think it's a personal decision and you should pay for it yourself if you choose it. I think education is the key to reducing abortions, I believe adoptions should be encouraged, I believe in having orphanages return to our world and have them ran by religious and secular groups so there would be less abortions and less abusive foster homes for children that have no homes and volunteers and all childcare workers should be screened before they are allowed to work around children. Got me started!

Its sad to know that all those facts are true. But sometimes there are many factors to why a woman chooses to "murder" there fetus. Every woman should have that choice but when a woman is using abortion as a means to birth control some lines need to be drawn. Did you know most state medicaid services pay for up to 3 abortions a year? i guess its cheaper to kill 3 babies then to cover the costs of prenatal care.

Actually a babies heart begins beating at 10 days after conception, according to the Discovery Channel.

Just wanted to say I agree with you.

full-term abortions are rare. so what if babies are aborted? really, what is your fetish with the fetus? the aborted baby is not wanted. there is nothing worse in life than being an unwanted child and the sad fact is that most moms can't give up a baby once it grows to terms.

the baby is a clump of cells for a very long time. the breast cancer thing is a LIE LIE LIE.

not every fertilized egg has to come to life. why should it? God himself aborts a third of fetuses through 'spontaneous abortion' miscarriage.

humans are not slaves to biology. just because you get pregnant doesn't mean you have to bear a child. it's primitive, barbaric thinking - and yet, women have practiced abortions since prehistory. it's always been sensible for people to control their fertility.

i believe your 92% regret it statistic is a lie, too. i've never aborted, i used birth control when i didn't want children, but every single woman I know who did abort is very very happy she did - and all but one has children today whom they mother very well - at the time of their choosing.

I agree that abortion is wrong, but every woman does have a choice and I choose NOT to tell other what to do, also partial birth abortions are very rare in our country now.

I am very upset that most people who answered this question are so flipant! A fetus "Baby" is alive from conception. To take a life is wrong. I wonder how they would feel if their mother had made the other choice?????

Every time I see a racist or some people who are intent on hurting others, I feel that it is a favorable argument for abortion. :)

I knew all those facts before you posted them (I don't agree with the last one though). I never intend to have an abortion myself, but I believe in giving women the choice.
