Try making your own Windows theme or go on the web to find a sci-fi or futuristic skin. There are places out there you can find futuristic and hi-tech icons, change your lettering to a look that you want as well. I have used the LCARS theme from Star Trek on my desktop and I also create custom icons in MS Paint. Just have to experiment to get the look you want.
