Lane control! :)
Practice looking in your mirrors and at points in your windshield, noting when you are correctly lined up in the middle of a lane. After getting used to proper lane control, your brain will notice minute changes and you will drive better.

It sounds like you have a front end alignment problem, or low tire pressure, or both.
If you have to constantly correct the tracking of your vehicle, have the frame checked, and the toe-in and toe-out.
Have you ever noticed a vehicle you are behind, where the front and rear tires don't match up? The driver constantly has to correct his vehicle, because it does not roll true. You can have someone to follow you and sight along the front and back tires, and if both tires are noticeable, front and rear, same side, with the vehicle going straight, you need an alignment. It sounds complicated, but is not. your rear tire makes the front tire tread completely invisible from the rear.
Everytime you rotate your tires have the alignment checked, or whenever you bump into something, or even go over a rough place in the road, like a deep pot hole, or rough railroad tracks, these can do the damage to the alignment.

Start sighting as far down the road as you can see, including around curves. The further down the road you site, the easier it is to stay in your lane. All the other stuff about staying awake and avoiding distraction also is valid.
We've all assumed that your car is in good shape. If we are wrong and you have mechanical problems with the steering or suspension then get the beast into a garage for repairs (or a junk yard for disposal).

You got to stay focus in your driving, lest you may end up in
a tragic accident which you can avoid. Stop all the things you
may be doing while driving. If you're tired or sleepy, just pull up
to the side kerb and rest for a while.
Practise safe and defensive driving at all times.
Happy driving!

i had the same problem when i was learning how to drive. wat i believe helped was having ur elbow on the door side, like a rest, that should keep u from slightly moving the steering wheel which will make u drift into other lanes.
added:
ya that guy about tires may b right. i had a nail in my tire, idk how long it was been there but i think quite a while. it was in my right rear tire and i always drifted to the right, so theres some evidence there.

Well there can be a couple of reasons. Either your not positioning your hand in a comfortable spot on the stirring wheel where your arm won't get tired and start to slip or, you a need an alignment adjustment.
