It could be a first symptom of Parvo..but you didn't tell us how old she is, or if well vaccinated.
If she seems fine otherwise, playing and eating, you can give her boiled milk...bring a cup of milk to a barely boil, and as soon as its cool enough, skin off all of the film on top and discard....give her the milk warm..about 1/4 cup for a small breed, up to 1/2 cup for larger puppy..1 cup for an adult medium breed..

the stuff you skim off of the top is lactose, and the part of milk that dogs can't digest..so the milk that has been boiled and skimmed is safe for her, and will help if it is digestive upset diarrhea..

If she isn't better by tomorrow, you need to call the vet, as puppies dehydrate so quickly..

Well there could be a number of things that is causing her to have diarrhea. First if she is a young puppy and you have just gotten her than she could just be nervous. When a dog or puppy is nervous they could have diarrhea. Also if you have fed her something that she isn't used to or is new to her, that could be giving her diarrhea. If you have changed her food brand or the amount you are giving her that could be giving her diarrhea. If you haven't changed anything with her diet and you have had her for a while now, talk to a vet. If you see blood in her diarrhea take her to the vet ASAP, that is nothing to sit around a wait for to get better, because it will only get worse.

If your puupy has blood in its stool and has a very bad odor take your dog to the vet IMMEDIATELY as it is highly likey that your puppy may have parvo which is a highly dangerous. If there is no blood then it may be as simple as a worm infestation. which can be cured with simple deworming medicine that your vet can sell you. DO NOT BUY deworming medicines that can be bought over the counter they are not effective. See if your dog is dehydrated (pull up the skin if it falls back slowly it is dehydrated. If it snaps back then its fine.) open the puppies mouth and look at the gums if they are pale TAKE TO THE VET IMMEDIATELY. LEGAL DISCLAIMOR...I am not a vet so my advice is not and should not be regarded as medical information and you should consult you vet for all further ?s. However, I have worked as a kennel tech at an animal shelter for three years plus I have a B.S. in an animal care field. My advice comes out of practical experience.

How long has she had diarrhea and is it brown, black or red? Did she eat a different food or is this totally out of the blue? The biggest concern for puppies with diarrhea is parvo, parvo has a distinct bloody smell and they tend to start by vomiting, but not always. Distemper tends to make them very thirsty and have very lose stool. Both are fatal. You may want to contact the local emergency pet hospital and describe what your puppy is doing to them. They can advise you of whether or not she needs seen before Monday..

If it just started today and the puppy shows no other signs of illness, get rid of all its regular food and feed it some cooked white or brown rice (don't add salt or oil when cooking it; just water and rice) with a little bit of cooked chicken breast (white meat only, no skin). If it doesn't clear up in the next day or two OR if other symptoms happen (vomiting, seeming "sick," etc.) see your vet immediately.

If it is just loose stool, soft, but not liquid, it is pprobably nothing to worry about. Dogs can have loose stool for a number of reasons, usually having to deal with their diet. It is is liquid and/or bloody, you should have it checked by a vet.

Well it could be as simple as not being used to her food, or it could be more serious like parvo. If she gets a worse and does not seem to be getting better you should take her to the vet.
