mabe it hurt his/her neck or you could of heald him/her wrong when it was a baby.

its natural. but it very important that while the baby is asleep, change his/her head to the other a few times a night. Because the skull is soft, applying pressure to only one side of the head will make the head deformed.

when i was born 33 years ago, my head leaned toward the right side. mom took me to an orthopedic specialist. he massaged the short muscle....the right sided muscle...in my neck from top to bottom until it caught up in length with the left side. this was not an immediate result but he showed mom how to massage it and it eventually did lengthen. it is caused from lying in the womb at an uncomfortable position for the bilateral muscles to grow at the same rate. therefore, external massage was the answer. take your baby to an orthopedic specialist for pediatrics.

He could have a broken fractured or badly bruised neck, you should have him cheked by a doctor pronto
