I bought a philips DVD player today and its working ok but no colour everythings black n white.?

Instructions arent helping...what do you think i should do?

It could also be a problem with the cable or your TV. Before going through the hassle of returning it (and possibly winding up with the same problem!) I would try to connect with a different cable, and if possible, hook up a different player with the same cable. This will identify where the problem really is.
