You can park in the structure near where the Catalina Express leaves from. I think it is $10.00 a day now, which sadly is pretty cheap as far as parking costs go.

Ditto to what "abdfg" says.
I have yet to find any reasonably priced parking lots or garages in Long Beach. But in many of the outlying areas not too many blocks from the main attraction areas, there is faily unrestricted parking. if you are willing to walk a few blocks to where you are going, it is a pretty safe bet.
