It probably depends in how long have you been married? If you've been married to him for three years you can apply for citizenship, and that can't be taken away from you, but if is less than a year or something like that it probably can affect your status in this country. Good Luck!!!

I believe you have to only be married for 2 years to be considered a U.S. citizen. if he divorces you within that first 2 years than yes they can. but if it's been 10 years, Probably not.

I DONT BELIEVE SO BUT DO YOU HAVE SOLID PROOF AND I WOULDNT HURT TO CALL ANY ATTORNEY WHO DEALS WITH IMMIGRATION LAWS AND ASK TO BE SURE. GOOD LUCK
