You can take it with anything. If you are tired of the milk (or just don't like it), try mixing it with something else. Make a smoothie with juice and frozen fruit, put it in coffee with some sugar free chocolate syrup, if it is unflavored, try mixing it into gelatin before it cools... Be creative! Good luck!! ♥

You should buy fruit flavored protein powders in order to drink it with juice or plain water. Try Syntrax Nectar in any of their flavors. The protein dissolves easily, not into a chalky product, and it mixes with any juice, and tastes great with plain water. I have lemonade flavor.

what about like a yogurt drink? A fresh squeezed juice. Ask at the health food store about recipes for the protein shakes.

i make a smoothie out of mine, i use frozen fruit, you can use whatever kind of fruit you like, i use DOLE frozen fruit mix that i buy at Sam's Club or you can buy stuff like that at Costco to,you can use milk or water i think that the milk makes a better smoothie also you can try adding some of your favorite ice cream / honey to sweeten

Why not mix it into apple sauce or other fruit sauces? I would think that you could mix it into cottage cheese, yogurt and anything that it would combine with to make a tasty treat.

try eating 2 or 3 eggs a day. each egg has about on average 6 grams of protein. 3 eggs eighteen grams....
