no where! any online shop will require payment first. of course, you can pay with your credit card which you won't have to pay off till your monthly credit card statement comes.
if you are concerned enough about the timing of the payment that you want a site where you can pay later vs. now, it sounds like you should probably spend more time getting your finances in order rather than shopping online!

I think that http://www.buy.com has a "buy now and pay later" with bill me later...
