im pretty shy
im shy when i present infront of alot of people, dunno why, i jus turn red
im shy when im talking to the girl i like and im infront of a crowd (or in a crowd)
but im not shy when i talk to girls 1 on 1
this normal orr ?

You are afraid of what a group thinks or will say. Its good you have confidence for a one-on-one conversation. You just need to continue that confidence into a group setting. The only way to conquer your fear is to confront it. Take a class in public speaking. They will show you how being prepared will ease your mind. It will come in time.

A lot of people experience the same things. You need to have more self confidence and that will help you to get over being shy.

it's very normal. but it could b resolved ...in my opinion i think all u need hun is a boost in confidence ..reconize that there is nothing wrong with u n noe that u have only this life to live ...so put away the shyness cuz it;s only preventing u from doing things u might wanna do

very normal, you really need to do something for your self that will give you a huge boost of self confidence though things will start to get better for you cause some girls like it when their man can talk to them in front of other ppl.....and not just alone
