I am running for secretary of Student Council. I am running against the class clown, and I just want to make some funny jokes in my speech but dont know how. HELP!

Nothing is quite as pathetic as someone who isn't funny trying to be funny. You might have your speech point out the reasons why you should be the secretary instead of trying to be something you're not. You'd hate it if the clown won because he was being who he is, and they voted for him because they thought you were a clown, too. Stand up straight, smile, and be confident. They will see you for who you are.

just make a really stupid joke that u laugh at and even if the other ppl dont laugh, when they see u laughing most likely theyll laugh to..idk i tworks for me
