Well obvisouly besides cancer, can you get herpes or other diseases from ciggarets that have already been smoked like in the ashtray or in parking lots?

It is just like swapping spit with the person who smoked it before.

Whatever was in their mouth, or on their hands, is now in your mouth.

Gross, huh?

You deserve whatever you get if you smoke used cigarettes off of the ground in a parking lot.

Depends on the circumstances, but actually yes it can give you dieseases, espessially if you find a cigarette that has been lit and used but there is about half left and you think hey a free cig. my lucky day well its not! dont use it!
