it doesn't matter if you really love each other. my parents are 15 1/2 years apart, and they get along great. they have been together for 25 years!

I believe it depends on a person's age... I do not think girls should start dating until 16 years old, so, if you're 16 I'd say the oldest you should date would be an 18 year old; if you're 21, maybe a 26 or 27 year old; if you're 30 no more than a 37 year old... hope this helps.

Not a single day if they cross age 18 or whatever that statute is. I heard about a guy who went to jail for a VERY long time because his girlfriend (17) told her parents she slept with an 18 year old black guy.

Age is nothing more than a numerical value placed on us by society as a means to judge how much knowledge and experience we have gained.
That said, if you can handle the retaliation and condemnation of dating some one old enough to be your parent, then go ahead.

Regardless of age difference BOTH parties should be consenting adults. My parents age difference was 17 years.

It depends, if you are sixteen do not date people over eighteen, but if you are eighteen it does not really matter, what matters is the love that you have.
