1. Use a nonstick pan.
2. Add up to a tablespoon of liquid per egg - milk, cream, or just water. By the way, you do this when you pre-beat the eggs in a bowl.
3. Fry in butter. Be sure butter is melted and bubbling before you add the eggs. Not too high heat.
4. Stir around every now and then.
5. Turn off the heat when there's still a little liquid. They will continue cooking after you take them off the stove.
6. Add some salt and pepper.

Allow about 2 eggs per person on the average. Break the eggs into a bowl of adequate size. Take a fork and mix the yolks and whites together. Add a 1/2 tablespoon of whole milk for each egg being cooked. Salt and pepper. I usually cook no more then 6 eggs at once to control the volume to a manageable level. With the heat on under the skillet (non-stick works best for me), add about 3-4 tsp. of bacon fat (for flavor) and allow it to get hot. Pour the contents of the bowl into the skillet, and cook to a soft scramble stirring continuously.

Allow 2 medium eggs per person for an appetizer or light snack, or 3 medium eggs per person for a main course
3 tbsp (40g) butter
Melt butter in a shallow, heavy pan set on a heat diffuser over low heat, or in a bain-marie. Break eggs into a bowl and beat very lightly with a fork. Tip into the pan with the hot, melted butter and stir.
Cook over low heat, stirring gently and more or less constantly with a wooden spoon.
It will take 3 to 4 minutes for the eggs to become just set, but very creamy. (If using a bain-marie, allow about 6 minutes.) If you prefer firmer, dryer scrambled eggs, cook for another 2 minutes.
When the eggs are scrambled to your liking, add 2 tbsp light or heavy cream or a little bit of butter, and season with salt and pepper. Scrambled eggs are best served immediately.

Get a big baking pan and spray pam for nonstick purposes. Mix a batch of Bisquick, enough for around six to ten people. Pour into the baking pan. Prepare your uncooked scrambled eggs or you may use just hole eggs depending on what your desired egg is. Take your eggs and pour on top of Bisquick in baking pan. Put a layer of cooked sausage over the eggs and top with mounds of cheddar cheese and bake at 350 for forty five minutes. It is fabulous! You cannot tell it is pancake mix at all. I make it at the group home where I work at and girls that complain about everything just devour this recipe! You will too, its soooooo good.

Beat 12 eggs in a bowl, add 2 Tbs of milk. cook in a sprayed frying pan or skillet on stove, constantly stirring with a spatuala. Gradually stir in a cup or more of salsa, before the scrambled eggs are done. I have a number of good ways, of making them.

I don't know if this is the best but it's the simplest - beat one or two eggs in a bowl - add 1-2 tbps milk + salt and pepper.
Put a frying pan on medium and melt a tbsp of butter - pour in the eggs.
When they start to set - stir easy until done.

As you can see from the answers above the scrabled egg recepie varies but is pretty simple...I jazz mine up by adding a little bacon fact to the frying butter...a little spicy clamato to the eggs in lieu of some milk and in the last two minutes of cooking, add crumbled feta and green onion.
A tip if you are microwaving scrambled eggs...which unless you are like at school or only have a microwave and no stove, I do not reccomend....put them in a rounded shallow dish, but place a smaller round dish in the centre, face down, prior to pouring in egg mixture...it causes them to cook more evenly and they taste a lot less like microwaved eggs.
Then there are what my younger brother used to refer to as "confused eggs".... which is when my dad would try to make over-easy and muck them all up...LOL...he also called those crappy frozen veggies (y'know mixed veggies, peas, corn beans lima beans) "confused veggie" because "they were all mixed up" . (off topic..sorry, but damn cute.)
