brother cant u understand, it's b\c islam provides most solid evidences than any other religion.islam's teachings are totally flawless,n ppl only take word jihad out of Quran n argue over it(as they cant find any other wrong thing in it,islam based on soveriegnty of Allah, respects all prophets n books revealed on them,n believes in day of judgement),they not knowing the real meaning of Jihad as i mentioned in another topic :itz mentioned in Quran, about non-muslims:if they do good with u,u do good with them too.
as Allah will ask about the rights of humanity on day of judgement.
it's been mentioned in Quran, (if they break into your houses, fight with them till death, fight for your right, otherwise you r being cruel with urself) thatz where jihad is applicable

some ppl mislead islam,as many ,i must say most christians mislead christanity.good n bad ppl always found together in same society ,same place.
world must make there judgement clear

Had the attacks of 9-11 been on a much smaller scale, they would have faded from memory and that would be it. However, they were our generation's Pearl Harbor, not only in scale and loss of life, but in the amount of terror struck into the collective hearts of America, and the changes to our lifestyles ever since.

I agree that it is wrong to hold an entire religion and it's people responsible for the actions of a few. But you need to understand that the fundamentalists are giving all of Islam a bad name.

It has now become the responsibility of the Muslim people to bring an end to the extremism, and do some really positive things for the world to focus on. It is only the followers of Islam who can clear the bad name your religion has. Until that happens you will, unfortunately, be judged on the actions of the radical few.

All we hear is the ones of the Muslim religion that want all others dead. The Muslim clerics have kept their mouths shut. We need to hear the good Muslims speak out. Then we need to see by deeds that they mean what they say. By being silent, they are condoning the actions of their fellow Muslims.

When a Bad Christian does something wrong, other Christians even their families speak out against them. Then they turn their backs on them. They do their best to distance themselves from the offender. They see to it that they are punished.

Muslims seem to rally around the offenders in their group. And help them avoid being brought to justice.

This is what Americans and the rest of the world see. SO what else should we believe? Show us something different and we will believe differently.

I couldn't have said it better myself. It seems to me that Muslims are being singled out because of the wrong doings of a few people. No one has made Catholics look bad because of all the priests that have molested children (especially young boys) and no one condemns Christians when one of their members decides that they want to go out and murder innocent people so why is every one feeding in to the negative portrayal of Islam in the media? People please stop stereotyping others because of what you see on television. There are good and bad people of every race, religion, nationality, and creed. And why is it that people think that "good" Muslims need to speak out? Do you expect the same of Christians? And if "good" Muslims spoke out would people believe them or would they still believe what the media shows them?

They don't usually and they shouldn't

But don't think you're going to get out of this with using my words against me

YOU are attempting to UNDERMIND Christians, therefore that makes YOU, as individual, BAD BAD BAD and not trustworthy!

Everyday I see Islamics. Some in conservative dress, some in moderate dress. No one gives them any problems. They are no different than the Jews, Catholics and Protestants they shop with.

They stand in line with a Hassidic Jew in full dress and there are no arguments. They even sometimes smile at each other or say some words of ettiquette, like please, thank you, etc.

These people are no problems.

You have a valid point here, but when a group or community of people don't condemn an act of violence that spawned from beliefs of the whole group loudly enough the most common theory is that the whole group must condone the act

there is absolute self belief yet that that's a foul aspect. "unmarried determine" oftentimes skill a mom with out husband to assist contained in the care and elevating of the babies. babies elect fathers. might want to the shortcoming of dad contained in the kinfolk be the rationalization there are such gangs contained in the tremendous cities--that turns into their "kinfolk". people were meant to be in a familial society--with mom, father, and if conceivable, . even as this develop into the case, it develop into the most useful era both in moral values and fiscal fulfillment.

It's one of those things that I try to tell people all of the time. Why should the followers of a particular religion be blamed for a radical minority? Why should Catholics be blamed for the actions of their predecessors(The Catholic Inquisition, the Crusades)? Why should people be blamed for something they have literally no control over. It's unfair. It's cruel. It's discriminatory.

Because out of 1.2 billion people nobody from your clan is speaking out loud enough to chastize the criminals here. THAT IS AS BAD THE THE TOWER CRIMINALS
I think that is very blatant, and so do a lot of others.

GO BACK AND CHANGE YOUR COMMUNITY.

You cannot argue with a bigot simply because the views they hold are not the result of cool rational thinking. See samples above!
