Please keep in mind that whatever shows up on the surface is a warning sign of something going on INSIDE the body. When fungus develops it's a tell tale sign of too much Acid and many things can cause this. One thing is refined carbohydrates such as white rice, white sugar,or white flour. These items convert very quickly into Sugar in the Body which does not get readily used right away and remain in the body as food and sustenance not only for Ringworm but for other things such as CANDIDA ALBICANS(A single-celled organism) AND PARASITES. What is most helpful for this would be topical CALENDULA CREAM a good one is manufactured by BOIRON and also what is good is TOPICAL TEA TREE OIL which should be DILUTED it is very strong. Also OREGANO OIL is very helpful it can used internally or externally if used INTERNALLY it shouldalso be DILUTED because it too is strong. A good product is made by NORTH AMERICAN HERBS AND SPICES it is about $30 in any good Health Food store also ACIDOPHILIS AND BIFIDOBACTERIUM are also helpful these are a type of Supplement called PROBIOTICS these friendly Bacteria are what makes Yogurt so good for you. The best Probiotic I recommend is HEALTHY TRINITY BY NATREN. The price is STEEP about $50 a bottle in many places for 30 capsules but it is the best one on the market. Last but not least 3 very powerful herbs which would also be helpful BLACK WALNUT(Green-Hulled),WORMWOOD,AND CLOVE. HERB PHARM OR ECCLECTIC INSTITUTE are 2 companies who have good Anti-Parasite formulas. Also avoid cooking with Olive Oil use that only for salads Cold pressed Olive Oil becomes a trans fat when used for frying and high heat use EXTRA VIRGIN COCONUT OIL(which is NOT Hydrogenated) because it has MCTs Medium Chain Triglycerides which are anti-parasitic,anti-fungal,and anti-viral. If you live near a VITAMIN SHOPPE or a WHOLE FOODS MARKET you can find everything that I just mentioned in either one of these fine stores. I hope this was helpful Be Well.

Don't let this scare you. Go to the store and get some Ten Actin cream for Athletes Foot or another good fungus medication. Ringworm is not an actual worm, it is a fungus. If it is, you will get some relief, if not I would consult a physician. I am not sure if it is contagious, so I would just avoid letting anyone come into physical touch with the area. Also, if you do not notice an improvement within the next 24 hours, or if the area becomes worse, I would make an appointment with your doctor. It could also be an insect bite or alergic reaction.

Ring worm. It's not an actual worm just a fungal infection. You can use over the counter medication for athletes foot, or jock itch. Like Tinnactin or Lotrium. It will fade oever the next several days, but it may take it several weeks to go away completely. Put the medication on 2-3 times a day. It comes from sand, soil or animals. Lots a people get it, no biggie!

It is probably ring worm. If you have a cat, or other animal, that may be where you got it. No biggie. See your pharmacist for an over the counter recommendation.

Although you didn't ask, the kind of drama you display turns people off and will keep boys from ever coming close. You seem to be a high maintenance little girl. Cool it.

Not a big deal you can get anti fungal cream over the counter but your best bet would be to have the Dr. call you cream in. My niece had ring worm bad when she lived with us(she picked up a stray cat) and she had to put prescription cream on it and it went away within a couple of weeks. Dont touch it and itch somewhere else because it will spread, we put bandaides on hers so she wouldnt spread it to another part of her body or to someone else.

call your doctor tomorrow and let them know you think you have ring worm you want to take care of it right away!! People get it most often from petting a animal with it but that does not mean you cannot spread it. You don't want it to spread on you and I think you will just have to put a cream on it. Don't worry too much it does not make you a dirty person or anything

go to your local phramacy and ask for Clotrimazole (1%) you can get it over the counter put that on it for 2-weeks (even if it goes away) ..stop scratching you you will have that fungus all over you!be sure to wash your hands and cover the spot up at night with a band aid or something its VERY contaigious, but don't waste the money and time going to see a dr..its no big deal

Ring worm is a fungus that can be treated with fungus cream. It's nothing to be scared about my advise would be to go to the DR and have him/her give or perscribe you a cream or tell you what to use. Follow directions and make sure you apply as directed so that it will go away.
