I personally prefer Amadeus.
Like people though, we tend to call our pets by nicknames, like I have a dog named Legend and I call her Ledge. And I have a cat named Matrix but I really call her Baby Kitty. It probably sounds crazy but maybe you should take into consideration which name you could have a nickname for?

I'd go for Amadeus or else someone could get confused and wonder why you're calling out for your shoes (Adidas shoes)

Probably Amadeus. That takes after a famous composer in music

I like Amadeus, Adidas is too comercial and lacks character. All cats have great character. Plus, they might call him-A-dee-das.

Amadeus! I once had a beautiful blue-point Siamese named Amadeus. (It means "loved by God") I called him 'Deus.

I'd pick Amadeus. Then you could call him Deus for short.
