do you have more respect for women who dont let you off the hook after you have done something messed up? Or will you just think they are nagging?

just askn cuz my bf did sumthing very messed up, and usually with neother guy this would have been a deal-breaker, only he is such a sweetheart (most of the time) that I want to give him another chance....but i dont want him to think i'm a punk & that he can walk all over me.
My thoughts were to let him no wuts up and then be done with it and just hope that in a few days he realizes what he did was messed up...but what do you think?

That depends on how far you take it.Once you have stated your grievance, and he as acknowledged that he was wrong and apologized you should drop it (less he does it again. Then you drop him.). I can take a little heat, but even if I screwed up monumentally, I'll only let you ride my *** about it for so long.

well iam a guy and i know i dont like it when they keep throwing it up in my face.if i messed up,once it is solved, then just drop it.it gets old after a while, just harping on it all the time.ill have more respect if they stay by me and dont keep bringing it up every minute.

wELL ME lADY, DO NOT let him off the hook.I've been around and back again. You need to tell him why you upset and show him why if you need to.Now if he takes it to personal..then the communications that you need will not survive. Then tell him what will be the outcome if he even thinks about something like that again..GOOD LUCK

sorry..not a man, but your thoughts sound pretty good. and don't let him off the hook, but don't put him through torture. talk to him, tell him why you're upset, and that you don't want him walking all over you, based on his reaction, decide whether you want to let him off with that, or take further action
