There's this guy that I just barely met, and we don't talk at all, we just know each other's names. I told my guy friend (they both know each other well) that I thought the guy was hot, and then he told him! Well now I notice him giving me intense eye contact whenever he walks pass me. And when I look at him, he'll just continue staring. However, on some days, he'll pretend that I don't exist. So do you think he doesn't like me?

Sometimes boys are weird. Actually sometimes people are just weird. More to the point, staring is weird and RUDE.
I think that this guy is both flattered and interested. If you want him to stop him then just spark a conversation with him. He probably is trying to draw you in with his eyes. He is either too shy or can't be bloody bothered to make the first move (you know how they are). If the latter forget him.
He prob PRETENDS that you don't exist cause his plan has failed. Show the weirdo how to act normally. If you see him again with your mutual friend talk to him. Or just tell your friend to tell him to stop staring. It's freaking you out!

when guys are shy, they immediately look away when a girl looks at them...and since u asked about body language, shy guys tend to "shrivel up" when they are close to a girl they like. the only reason i think the guy is staring at u intensely when u walk past him is cos he has been embolden by ur msg to him that u found him hot...i dun think he likes u or he would approached u by now...but then again, it all depends on what kind of intense stare he gives u - the fierce stare or the blank stare...

He really really likes you becuase why would he stare at you and not talk? The answer is he is just shy. This happened to me and guys a lot and when we ended up going out they told me that they were shy at first and always stared at me.

staring alot also blushing when you make eye contact... ifwe are talking to somebody then stops when you are around....walks away from you also sometime we do little nice thing you don't even notice like open doors for you extra polite towards you let you borow stuff ie like in class paper pencil,pens etc and we let you keep it.... being shy sucks......i'am starting to lose my shyness though so its cool
