You really don't "waste energy" with either. You burn more caloriesduring a good game of soccer though.

oooh, trick question. well, all of them are constantly in motion, but i would have to say Tae Kwan Do. You have to use all your strength to pin the person and hold them down. Its kinda hard to understand unless you witness this yourself. i went and watched my friend during one of her practices and they had to take breaks a lot.
