i've never had a boyfirend, i'm a guy. so i've never had an ex-bf either. BUT if i were a girl, then it would depend on how the break-up happened. If you're still friends, then yes invite him. If you're not still friends, then don't.

you should definitly invite him. if you are friends then why wouldnt you invite him? just make clear that you only want a friendship not a relationship.
