She doesn't seem to do this with the other patrons. She's nice and not bad looking, but I'm not interested in a relationship right now. What should I do?

She may have taken an interest in showing you she's interested in getting to know you, and you know,that doesn't mean she wants to marry you,sometimes a great friendship comes from out of the blue,and since your not looking for anything more,why not take alittle time to talk,let her get to know you and the fact that you don't want any serious relationship,this should help determine what her intentions are.You should still always maintain a friendliness with the public,it shows you have the ability to show respect!! She's calling you by name because SHE LIKES YOU.
If you're not interested in her, then just leave her alone and don't encourage her. She'll figure it out and move on to some other guy.

She is getting to know you... that's all. I go to Taco Bell and half of the workers there know my name. Granted I used to wear a nametag all the time and then stopped wearing it. Buy anyways, it's just being friendly, nothing more.
If she starts flirting, that's when you know she likes you.
