Not much you can do except try to keep a cool damp wash cloth close by,that will make the redness fade quicker.

It happens to some people. I've been running for 4 years now, and still my face gets really really red when I run. And it seems to take a long time to go away, even after I shower sometimes it's still red. There's nothing you can do about it that I know of. Just thought I'd say You're not alone.

well, ur not alone! My face always turns red and I HATE it! sometimes not even when I am working out but just because all the attention is on my like if I have to do a report or a speach. I don't think there is much u can do about it. I guess u could try tanning just make sure to protect ur skin.

Hey I want you to know that you are not alone. I play basketball and when I exercise my face goes as red as a tomato. I have little self-esteem due to it but I try my best to not let it bother me. If it really bugs you, you should go see a doctor (I am going to see one and hopefully I can get in to see a dermatologist) because it may be a skin condition. There are plenty of treatments for overlly red faces, but if worst comes to worst, remember you are not alone. I have never been made fun of for my red face, but I feel pretty dumb. No one is really judging you on your face colour.

Same here! My face always gets red. I had joined cross country, and every time I start running my face turns all red. I know what you mean by embarrasing. Sorry I can't really give you any advice, but, if you look confident and stand tall after your workout even with your face beet red, you would look great.. or at least thats what I think!

Many people with fair skin, particularly of Scottish descent, find that their faces turn red easily when embarrassed or very active. It's caused by the blood vessels in the skin opening to help cool the skin, and it's normal.

I don't think there is much you can do, other than tan and get some color in your face, other than that I really wouldn't worry about it, it really isn' that big a deal.

nothing you can do about it, you are just showing everyone that you have great circulation...dont worry once you start winning championships they will give you a cool name like "red baroness" or "the killerT" (as in tomato)
