i have eggs inside the cage and i think the wild birds are trying to get them

i have eggs inside the cage and i think the wild birds are trying to get them. if i hang something like a cd outside the cage wont that scare my birds aswell

For the health of your bird, you might want to cover the top (roof) of the cage so wild birds can't poop into it; that would be my main concern, if any. None of my birds has ever gotten sick from contact with wild birds (and I've had some wild birds in the house, preparing to be released). But I understand it's a possibility. Or, you could try repelling the wild birds by hanging something scary above the cage, like a CD or some shiny ribbons.

You can't unless you get a see through cover that has wire or plastic shaping around the cage (like a fly cover does for food outside when you are at a picnic. Good luck.
