Oh no, they cannot. They don't have the female organs to do so. Their genetic make up is not built for that. No matter how many operations they have to try. They just were not born female. If God intended for men to have babies there would be no females.

A post operative transsexual female can not get pregnant, she lacks the ovaries and uterus required to product the egg and house the growing fetus...

A post operative transsexual male can not get a woman pregnant, he lacks the testicles required to produce sperm to fertilize the egg...

Prior to the operation a transgendered person can produce children using the biological parts he or she was born with... However after the surgery the male or female anatomical parts have been removed making it impossible for them to reproduce as they might have before the surgery...

By intersexual I will assume you mean a person born with sexual characteristics of both sexes a hermaphrodite... Most intersexed people can not reproduce due to neither set of organs being fully functional... Although there are some cases of a intersexed people producing offspring.. No an intersexed person can not produce off spring alone as only one set of sexual organs are functional if they are able to produce offspring at all...

It all depends on what part the have on the inside.

I am assuming a male to female transsexual. Generally they would not have ovaries or Fallopian tubes or a uterus so the answer is no; though in-virtro fertilization with a Cesarean delivery may be an option.

An inter-sexual, might have been born with the organs necessary to get pregnant, or not. If she has the inside organs then yes. Otherwise same as above, possibly via in-virtro fertilization with a Cesarean delivery.
