Passion is the emotional drive - the strength of emotions that men just DON'T POSSESS!!! Women have them mainly due to estrogen produced in a woman's body, which is considerably more than what men get. People are "passionate" about things that evoke deeper emotions. Being passionate about a career, a hobby, a relationship, a religion, being a parent... It is your strong emotional drive that is your passion. It is NOT all about sex.

passion - things that i love doing, building and excelling in and it starts from the heart. i left my career 2 years ago in the hospitality industry and moved to uk. one of the reason i 'abandon' my career cause it's not worth while continuing cause the services in the industry depreciated so much compared when i first started and establishing my career 10 years ago simply reason for the depreciation is because people work for the sake of working, they joint the hospitality industry for the glamour of it seeing other hoteliers as glamorous. so they don't really understand the real definition of service so that's the reason why the industry become so 'sick' and will be more rotten in times to come. although i've 'retired' away from the industry i still love and miss the industry but i've moved on to something rather similar although not 100% cause of - passion. if a person works with passions in the job - career it will reflect on the work - quality work but if a person works without passion will get no where on the ladder cause they only work for the sake of working.
