how can i edit a music file ?

is there any program i can use if i want to edit a song, delete a part of it ?

you can use the free software named audacity. I think it,s open source and works great. Works on PCs and MACs. Just make sure you get the lame encoder with it if you want to export in MP3. I think they explain on the website how to install it.

Try searching for wave editor, mp3 editor using a search engine.
