definitely likes what he sees. will do more than double take if he really likes the package. Will make his way over and start a conversation to see if the person inside is as attractive as the cover.

IDK!!! see its weird cuz it could be either he passed u off as normal and then he looked back and he was like 'WOW'.
or he did the opposite for looking bad or insane.
Whatever the reason, when he thought about it he wanted to find out more.
THIS IS SO ANNOYING CUZ U DONT KNOW WHATS GOIN ON IN THEIR HEADS!
