i guess to get a rise out of people and to get attenion,
some peoples "questions" are so bogus and stupid

How can a question be 'fake'? If someone asks something that they don't really want to know the answer to, it is an insincere question, and a waste of time, but not a fake question. It may also be simply an attempt to establish communication, by someone who is desperately lonely; or it might be a very badly-phrased attempt at a genuine question, by someone whose English is not very good.
The best way to deal with stupid questions is not to answer them: if the question was posed merely to annoy readers, then complaining will please the questioner, whereas if the question is ignored, they might go away and do something more constructive with their time.
I can't help thinking that an awful lot of questions and answers on this site are posted by people who have more time on their hands than they know what to do with; but for some people, this is not an educational tool, but merely a form of entertainment, to pass their empty hours.
