yea check the site out. but i will give you one tip, avocado works wonders for your skin. it gets rid of pimples, and helps you maintain clean, smooth skin.

sorry i don't know many sites, nor many recipes. however :P i know that a teaspoon of olive oil everyday helps with my skin and hair....just using couple drops of organic olive oil on my hands has really helped with the break out of eczema that i've been experiencing in its worst form.
