How can I get my birds to regain weight that they lost. They are not sick.?

It doesn't matter what type of bird you own they should be on vitamins. Feed them a healthy diet not just seed it is important that they get fruits and veggies. Be sure to check for what types they can have based on their breed some may be toxic to them they can have plain oatmeal, or noodles. You should check with your vet. How do you know they are not sick? Did you know that a sick bird will not act sick (survival instinct...predators look for the weak and sick) and may appear perfectly healthy one day and be dead the next.
