hi! everytime im in class and the proffessor is lecturing, i cant get myself to pay attention, sometimes is a song stuck in my head, or a girl i cant stop staring at, please help, i already sit in the front of the class, so whut can help me concentrate and pay attention in class????

All the above sound great but there is a scientific approach to this. This works for people in class with a live speaker and especially for people working on computers for long lengths. Keep a bright green piece of paper in your notebook. When you find yourself "drifting" look at the paper for a couple seconds. This kinds of "resets" the brain and when you look up everything is brighter and fresher....try it....I use this technique all the time.

Take notes - it will not only help you remember the lecture, it will force you to focus. Set a goal, like 10 good notes from the class during this lecture.

try to seat in the front row. Try to concetrate, and take notes of everything, that forces you to pay attention. Meanwhile, while you work on concentrating in class, bring a small tape recorder to record the class. Then write everything you mised.

Yes, make a point of writing everything down in a reporters pad and transferring them to loose leaf for filing later. That way you always have to listen.

try to listen to the teacher and follow along with what the teacher is saying. May be you could answer any questions that is asked.
