'My Special Area' consists of the basement (aka my room) and the kitchen. The family therapist says this is my safe zone where no harsh words can be spoken to me and where no one can touch me unless I ask them to.
Well I was getting a soda from the fridge when Herb slapped me on the back and said 'How bout them Gators", whatever that means. I immediately screamed like a girl and ran to my room to post this.
I am freaking out, people! There are rules! They were broken! I think I might have a seizure!

Well just a minute,do you realy think he done something bad by hitting you on the back not on the butt.If it was the back and he was watching football the was meaning the Gators which is a football team is doing good better think what you say this is how people get other people in trouble by not meaning nothing for what they do.And you did say back not butt,maybe you need to go back to your therapist and let them tell you the difference between playing and the real thing.You need to talk to the therapist.for Herbs safety zone.

Dammit, you get on the phone right now and call that family therapist and tell them exactly what has been done!! You pitch a major fit, you cry, you bawl, if she hangs up because it's family night at her house, YOU GO OVER THERE!!! and cry and squeal some more.
Have the emergency after hours consult charge sent to Herb. Problem solved.

Tell your mom for right now and if she don'tdo nothing call the police addmitaty. Axually is your mom there? If not call the police.
I would even try to get out of the house from him. If you have a friends house or something to go to try to get out and go there. If he won'tlet you leave,find another way toget out or stay in your room with the door locked.I would call the police.

Sounds like you have more problems than someone touching you in the kitchen. If he had done the same thing in the living room would you be freaked out?

That's the funniest thing I've read on this thing yet can,t stop laughing, I'm sure this is serious for you but lighten up, nothing bad was done, I feel sorry for poor Herb when he realizes what he's done, I'm sure he'll say sorry.
