You should see a doctor!
Trust me when i say these answer people can be helpful... but really do you trust them with something that could effect you/perons dealing with this for the rest of his/her life?
(unless of course there is someone out there who reallyy knows what they are talking about... and the doctors agree!)
Some form of multiple personality disorder perhaps. ( i know this is going to make you feel good about my answer) -- i was watching house and the guy had simmilar problems and ended up in the hospital for such and such reasons (lol such a proffesional source of information!)
Seriously though.....

I hope you find the answer.... PLZ plZ find a way to contact me and tell me what you find out!!!!
ohoh
there might be an issue with the right side of your brain.....
(controlling the left side of body...)
since you happen to be a 'creative geek' as your screenname suggests:
the depression might be coming from having a problem in the part of your brain that brings you the most pleasure:

You've got to be your own psychiatrist/psychologist. A lot of people seem to think that you should go to see a doctor. But I don't think so. You're independant enough to figure this out for yourself. Whether you read books about your problems or ask a professional for their opinion, in the end, you make the descision about what's wrong with you. Of course, this all depends on whether something is actually wrong or not. Maybe you can use your depression to take yourself deeper into life. Perhaps you are beginning to learn the limits of life. Whatever it is, you can use it as a benefit for yourself.
I personally deal with multiple personalties within myself. I use them to my advantage. I ask them questions, put them in certain situations to see what they will do. I let them speak when I write. They've written some of my best passages. Let them be wrong, unconventional, confrontational, critical, immature. Ultimately, they are a form of you that has not yet grown up or developed.
As far as the physical problems go, give them time. Go to a doctor, but don't be quick to start medication or anything else like that. Be patient and ask the doctor if it could possibly be something not previously considered by either of you. Get a second opinion. It's all about getting to know yourself.
Become comfortable with facing your own complexity. It will be confusing, frustrating, perhaps maddening, but it is also rewarding, liberating, enlightening, and exciting.
As far as a diagnosis goes, sounds to me like you're dealing with the shadow self of the soul that has been ignored and is now surfacing with a raging temper. The shadow self is that part of you that you don't like or try to surpress because it may be childish or irrational. It seems to ruin everything that you try to perfect. But if you engage it by conversing with it and taking time to understand it, it may come over to your side in a very positive way.
Take a look at "The Heart Aroused" by David Whyte (an awesome modern poet), specifically Chapter 2. Or read the classic epic poem "Beowulf".

A trained psychologist or psychiatrist would probably be a good place to start. If you have a primary care physician, this to would be a place to start. Please I don't mean to imply you have a mental problem. Just sounds like some things other than depression might me going on. And hearing voices, well this implies perhaps the need for mental evaluation by a trained mental health person. Don't put off the help, I don't know what your diagnosis is. But I know you could get the proper medical/mental evaluation and be placed on a medication regimen, that would increase the quality and tranquility in your life. Gee hope this helps, hang in there, be kind to yourself and get these problems looked at. Take Care and Good Luck

If you are talking about yourself you should see a Dr. - for the depression alone.
But at the same time, Ellis may be on to something. We gals tend to be of two minds. Still, there are additional symptoms here (spastic, violent, etc.) that require a Dr.s care.

See a doctor. It sounds like you might have something wrong with the left side of your brain or maybe the central nervous system. Have you had some kind of virus recently? Sometimes, viruses can attack the central nervous system. Get it checked out. Good luck.

A classic case of Pete Townsend Syndrome. Just listen to some vintage Rolling Stones and you'll be fine. Or not.

This patient is a female. I know, from a distance they appear crazy, the two people inside the head, but they are just born this way.

I can't really diagnose your symptoms. You really need to go to the doctor and let him/her check you out physically. The doctor may be able to recommend that you see a specialist.
