How the heck could we know, when you give no indication what they were about?
The most I can say is, review the guidelines.
They don't have to be hate messages to be removed. If they weren't really questions, or were chat, they seem "not bad" but they fill the site with sludge, as the purpose of the site if for questions and answers -- advice and information.
