The kid will eat when he gets hungry. Children that age are very busy, and don't have the time to stop and eat. Make sure he drinks his milk and give him vitiamans.
Mistake number 1 was letting your child sleep with you. You have to let him know who the mother is, and put him in his own bed, and let him cry. Check him every 15 minutes. Check him, not talk, or baby him. After a few days, he will give up, and just go to sleep. Good luck, and remember you learn from your mistakes.

Take him back to the doctor and get another opinion. If it is your babys teeth then ask the doctor to give you something to help ease his pain.

Your 17 month old son should not be sleeping with you, not only is it dangerous ( you might roll on top of him and smother him in the night) but you will also find it will be hard to break this habit he is forming. When the new baby goes into its own room make sure you stick with it and put your eldest son to bed in that room too. Try putting him in a cot for a while and not into a bed. If need be give him something that has your scent on it like a towel to lay on, will make him more secure. But your son should be sleeping in his own cot/bed by this age. Just be firm with him. It may take a little while for him to adjust to the new surroundings.
Good luck.

Plus if she refuses to consume some thing, get toys r us catalog and tell her if she eats her foodstuff you will purchase her some thing she needs from there (ex. a barbie) and whilst she doesnt you will take it away. this methodology is sturdy for potty preparation too.

If the doctor checked him out and he is healthy, then he will eat when he's ready. My daughter is almost 4 and I don't think she has ever eaten dinner in her life. He will eat when he is hungry! And when he does, make sure it is healthy enough to keep him nourished for when he does want to "fast"!!!
