Well if you do this it will make that food a LOT more bang for your calorie and fat buck.

1) Use whole wheat bread for the grilled cheese that has 2 or more grams of fiber PER slice. I use a good one that has flax in it.
For the cheese, does not really matter but the 2% cheese would be best (but not necessary really)

2) For the OJ, thats good, hopefully it was not from concentrate

3) Some marshmallows. Well how many?
I mean a few is fine, they are 0 fat but lots of sugar and calories. But a good snack under 100 calories is 1 graham cracker split in half (reduced fat graham cracker even better but regular is fine) 1 /4 of a hershey bar and one big marshmallow. Make a sandwhich out of it, stick in microwave for like 10 sec (then check it if not melted do 5 sec intervals til melty).
So Im sure if all that is under 100 calories a few marhsmallows is no biggy.

3) Bag of Chips: What can I say, they are greasy, fatty and bad for you. No way to salvage this one except to get baked lays in the future or fat free pringles (Those things are GOOD)

4) 2 potatoes: Well I dont know your age/size etc but thats a lot . So maybe have one nice big potatoe next time. And dress it up with low fat stuff.

5) water is good! No soda

6) ice cream: well this is fatty but good. I have some Dreyers hand churned low fat ice cream (strawberry) and I truly can't tell the difference, its got 3 grams fat per serving and 1/3 less calorie than regular (try it sometime)

7) Bowl of noodles: NOt really very nutritional for you at all, better off with a bowl of something nutrional. Even cereal is probably better than noodles. I guess it would have been ok had you not also ate potatoes. Just a lot of carbs and whatnot.

Overall it is not really a lot of food depending on your age. Id get fat if I ate that every day though but I am a bit older and a woman who has had a child.

Next time try

a whole wheat grilled cheese
oj

a handful of marshmallows as a snack

skip the chips

a potatoe all dressed with stuff that is low in fat but yummy and filling. I put low fat sour cream, low fat baco bits, a little low fat cheese (not much) NO BUTTER. and I mush it all up and its great (salt too but I use vegetable salt)

a bowl of steamed veggies (broccoli, carrots, greenbreans, baby bok choy etc.) with a sprinkle of lemon or olive oil on it , even some parmesian cheese sprinkled over top is good its low fat cheese. (instead of noodles)

ice cream if you must (but just keep it small portion) low fat is possible (it can be good if you get the right brand)

Hun , a sigh is the answer to ur own question.. yes u ate the wrong foods.. no chips no grill cheese no mallows no ice cream... the only thing sustainable for the day was water to flush out the sodium and i accept the oj Embrace time management
substitute eating habits for fitness habits. Even chewing a piece of gum burns 460 calories,, Discuss with your doctor for safe effective weight loss .Eat smaller portions.Have raw or steam veggies.Buy lean chicken or turkey or fish.Evaluate ur lifestyle and the habits around stressful times. All these will factor in.

Grilled cheese sandwich sounds okay, as well as the oj. Don't really get why you are eating the marshmellows. I'd cut those out, together with the bag of chips. You aren't serious about that are you? If you like chips, just take a handful out and put them in a bowl - once they are gone, that's it! Once again, don't really get the potatoes - nix those as well. Noodles - man, you like your carbs! Try to restrict yourself from eating noodles on a regular basis. Water - awesome. Ice cream - try "The Skinny Cow" brand - it's virtually fat free!

Good luck.

ya, that is kinda alot. how big was the bag of chips? almost everything on your list is either a dairy or a starch, which are both very filling. there wasnt much nutritional value in your food choices either. try to focus on good carbs (ones that are high in fiber) other than starchy ones, like potatoes and pasta. also, watch your portions and make sure you dont overload on calories. water is SUPER good for you, too. its amazing all the benefits that come from drinking lots of water every day. good luck!

You really screwing your metabolism up and feeding your body posion instead of the nutrients that it needs.
lets start
grilled cheese- probably on white bread void of nutrients with processed high fat cheese, fried in some trans fat ladden oil.
orange juice-pure sugar no matter how pure.
marshmallows-more refined sugar terrible
bag of chips- fried starch
bowl of noodles- refined carbe
water(the only one good thing you did for your body)
ice cream-sugar and fat.
lets redo this
have a grilled cheese on whole wheat bread w/ reduced fat cheese.
instead of orange juice have an orange
marshmallows-let's try a salad with olive oil
bad of chips- fresh veggies, cellery w/ peanut butter
2 potatoes- 1 small sweet potatoe
bowl of noodles- whole grain pasta with frest tomatoe sauce
ice cream- low fat kind if you must have it

depends if you're exercising..if you are, it doesn't seem like you're taking enough in..even though you want to lose weight

but it really doesn't seem like a lot of food

and eat healthier! cut out the chips, ice cream and marshmellows. Try to get more veggies and stuff with better nutritional value

and..from the diet you posted..that's a lot of carbohydrates.

even though you're losing weight..you should be eating 4-6 small meals. And with what you're eating right now..i can only split it up to like 2.

105 is like..awesome.

Just enjoy life! Don't worry!

Beautiful depends on the outside, but also a lot on the inside. If you are beautiful, happy and confident inside, many people see that, trust me. More than half of the girls that say they are fat are very much within average.

Modern culture places too much obsession and emphasis on being anorexically thin. Those who are wise realize that we only have one life that should be enjoyed as much as possible.
(Plus, all that food you mentioned sounds like a pretty much normal daily calorie income to me.)

Cheers! =)

hahahaaha!!! I was expecting a very very long list!!
It actually sounds like you need to eat more! lol and it really depends on how much you actually ate. you could of had a single serving bag of chips or you could of had a bag of chips enough for 3 or 4 people! lol But different people need different amounts of caloric intake so maybe you may want to talk to your doctor or a dietitian or nutritionist (i dont know the difference lol)

A really good website check out is http://www.mypyramid.gov

Thats not too bad. In one meal at burger king I get 2 quad stackers, king size onion rings, large soda, 1 rodeo burger and a piece of hershey's pie. Oddly enough though I never gain weight.
